- add Ubuntu release 24.04 LTS (Noble Numbat). - remove Ubuntu release 18.04 LTS (Bionic Beaver) as Github runners no longer support it. - remove clang versions 3.9, 4.0, 5.0, 6.0 which are now obsolete due to removal of Bionic. - add clang versions 16, 17, 18.
